So that's that.  Console war over in the UK. If NPD confirms something similar and a ps4 October win the same goes for the us. It would be incredible if Sony managed to kill off xbox as a rival so early in the generation in its 2 strongest territories.

But, bu, bu, bu, but the witcher 3 sold 50% digital.....
Bu, bu,  bu, bu, but UK digital is no longer a rip off....

As the man said as soon as forza 6 flopped everyone had suddenly bought it digital.

Anecdotal evidence, but I run a small chain of indie gamestores in the states and it's our worst selling Halo launch ever. We've been in business since 1994.

Chart-track tells us only milestones... so Xbox One didn't cross 2 million yet neither PS4 3 million.

Those Halo 5 sales... that's not good. Has the Halo series fallen victim to franchise fatigue along with Forza and Gears?

Hmm, based on what we've seen in the UK, I'm starting to lean towards the PS4 winning October NPD.

Fallout (PS)4 now #1 on amazon 10 days before release.  

Cod x1 #4,  ps4 #5 and the ps4 cod bundle is #12.

Battlefront #13 ps4, #18 x1, #22 ps4 and the ps4 bundles are #23 and #30. Also another x1 sku at #29.

These 3 games are gonna sell gangbusters and ps4 will be seeing most of the action.

Just saw a guy on Twitter claim the Halo 5 bundle sold in the millions. Not surprising since his profile makes it clear he's a total fanboy. He also thinks Driveclub is a dead horse that Sony keeps beating.

Speaking of which, go to the Microsoft Studios Wikipedia page. Scroll down to where it talks about 2015 announcements. Look at where it says, "HoloLens games will be coming to X1". Click on the citation link next to it. It lists an article from The Verge with the header claiming the same thing. Now actually click on the link, read the article, see why it's wrong, and then marvel at how far Xbox fanboys will go.
