^Oh yeah, of course if you have some problems that interfere with your sleep then you'd first want to deal with them before trying the small lifestyle changes I mentioned.

Don't expect it to work like a sleeping pill though lol. Still, every little thing helps!

If you're having major sleep problems you could possibly make the room where your bed is completely dedicated to sleep (and not TV watching/studying/gaming etc.). Having a place that you only connect with sleep can help. Milk and bananas could help.
Also, making yourself tired over the day can be a big help (both physically and mentally) but try not to workout or study too late because that can fire you up instead of cooling you down.

Yeah that last suggestion works for me. From work i get mentally tired, then we i get home i exercise (run and skip) which makes me physically tired. Getting 5 hours on a daily basis is quite an improvement for me! and its because of my daily routine that ive managed to improve :)
Vizioneck STILL not banned at my workplace \O/

That is good to hear! (even though I probably wouldn't be able to cope with only 5 hours of sleep chronically o.O )

OT: Is wikipedia down for anyone else?

Interesting that Pi has been quoted exactly as many times as he has quote someone and that I have been quoted a lot more than I have quoted someone lol
What's your analysis on that doctor?

Did you know that, following the first un-bracketed link on the main text of each wiki page, 95% of wiki pages eventually take you to philosophy. I found that out during a maths talk, interesting stuff.

Try it, it doesn't take long.

Don't click on links in brackets because they get stuck in loops I think. Its what the lady said, she also told us about an interesting experiment a Hungarian company did (this was all about networks)

I just started at dualshock (I had it in my hands). Took 22 clicks to get to philosophy, went through the human race and biology along the way I think, lol
