Tbh I don't see how a banana would help someone sleep, perhaps its more psychological

That's pretty bad! I make sure that I always get at least 7 and a half hours sleep. I think it takes me longer to get to sleep than most people, but I don't have much problem sleeping. I'm an insanely deep sleeper too

I rejoice if i get more than 5 hours sleep. Unfortunately i tend to only get about 4. My own fault though...

I usually just sleep like 6-6.5hours when there's school but I definitely need something like 7-8 to not feel tired. Coffee helps though

At my worst i was getting 2 - 3 hours of sleep....back then i had some serious problems.

Oh god, I'd probably die if I only got 5 hours sleep a day :o

I think my current 7 and a half - 8 hours isn't enough but I just don't wanna go to sleep earlier than half eleven ;D

When I had tonsillitis I got about that much sleep for a few days, one day I didn't sleep at all. That was horrible, I guess it does take a big problem to sleep that little.

Don't expect it to work like a sleeping pill though lol. Still, every little thing helps!

If you're having major sleep problems you could possibly make the room where your bed is completely dedicated to sleep (and not TV watching/studying/gaming etc.). Having a place that you only connect with sleep can help. Milk and bananas could help.
Also, making yourself tired over the day can be a big help (both physically and mentally) but try not to workout or study too late because that can fire you up instead of cooling you down.

Anxiety and depression mostly. Which pretty much can affect every aspect of your life o.O
