How the heck would Flight Simulator 2024 run on switch 2?!?

Will Switch 2 get fully streamed games within months of its launch? That's going to go over great with fans who expected better hardware.

i doubt people would get too upset about FS2024 in particular.   that game is "fully streamed" on every platform right now so people would shrug it off as just a bad game.

okay let me pre-emptively clarify.

sure people will be mad about a streaming version on switch.   but also people were mad about FS2024 on xbox and PC to because of the dynamic streaming of content being suuper heavy on their ISP and terrible performance making the game unplayable for weeks after release. 

will they be more mad at the switch version than they aready are about the xbox and PC versions?   i doubt it.   right now it's just a bad game.

not really interested in any of those games.  i'd likely get the MCC if the price was right just so I could participate in conversations but all of those games are pretty skippable for me.

i still need to pick up hi fi rush but what i'd personally want from xbox is:
- fable anniversary
- fable (the new one still to be released)
- forza horizon maybe.  it's probably not my thing but i'd likely give it a try.
- banjo kazooie nuts and bolts maybe.  would totally have been my thing back in the day.  did it age well?
- ori 1 and 2 (is that even applicable?  i know it didn't launch on PS but can MS even have any say over a port?)


i consulted a list of xbox games and i have to say that after 20 some years of time you'd think there was more to be excited about than this but this is everything for me.  there just isn't much to care about from xbox studios, imo.

I own an Xbox and Forza Horizon, Starfield and Fable are the only things stopping me from trading it in. Not fantastic considering the amount of studios they have

but Xbox isn't a platform just because because I bought an Xbox published game on PSN. it's 3rd party.   unless a purchase on PSN unlocks their games on stream, epic, Nintendo, ect I'm not really taking my game anywhere.    

the actual Xbox platform is smaller than ever because no one wants to invest in the platform with access to the least number of games and a huge question mark about its future.

Yeah sega going 3rd party was crazy news. Microsoft going 3rd party has been so slow that many haven't even noticed.

The real crazy thing to me is that Sony sees this slo mo wreck and decided to drive the same path.

a direct result of the bad leadership decision to greenlight and cancel 12 GaaS games and now being short on revenue.

maybe.  

i bought ori for steam (deck) but my left shoulder button broke.  not sure if that impacts ori specifically or not but a good part of my steam library is unplayable right now.   i just kind of hate my steam deck and would rather play these games on my ps5.  

i bought baltro on android and that has basically retired my steam deck.
