Sony has a posted position to work on acquisitions.

QuoteSony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) seeks a highly qualified candidate for the position of Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development-Integration and Acceleration. The Corporate Development and Strategy team works closely with SIE's leadership team to identify and execute inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions, investments or joint ventures that are aligned with SIE's strategic priorities and drive significant long-term value for the company.

As expected.

Twisted Metal sitting at a 78% on Rotten Tomatoes

Doesn't sound like a great show by any stretch, but it seems quite a bit better than I was expecting.

Down a bit, but still so much better than I expected. As long as it stays 50+, it's fine.

So terrible question to ask, but how many big games would you want Sony to launch per year?

2. I have to fit in a third part game so if Sony made 3 that'd be really pushing it.

i generally play like 2-5 games with the "AAA" moniker a year.

so like,.. i like 3rd party games and i don't like every playstation game.   i like MS's goal of "1 major title per quarter".  seems like a good cadence.

This looks genuinely great but I thought Dreams development was ceased?

Support ends at the start of September.

Some were convinced that Sony/Bluepoint was working with Konami

I think Bluepoint is working on a Metal Gear Solid Remake.

In kind of a goofy plot twist the MGS collection 1, are the ones made by Bluepoint a decade ago.

Too bad indiana is one of the only few states that bungie doesn't allow remote work in for some reason. I can drive 30 miles to Illinois and be fine but nope not Indiana. Lol

Ok I guess there's only 20 states they allow remote work in. Thought it was more. But still stupid

I'm surprised they have it here.

It's super weird which states that have it in. I was going to apply for a junior position a while ago I think and was hyped cause it was remote. Then I realized bungie didn't do remote in Indiana.  Cmon

I'm not super knowledgeable about the situation but the gist is that having even 1 employee in a state makes you subject to that state's tax and whatever else laws.

most companies don't want to deal with that unless that are "enough" employees.

I know over covid my company was pretty vocal that we couldn't relocate without informing them and that if we did we could be fired.
