Thats my dream to build up a studio that I hope can foster big talent and just make cool shame.  Something about a studio that has an instant vibe to it just gets my creative juices going.  I'm all for remote work as an option but dang the idea of talent in an awesome space and just making things is so nice.   But needs a work/life balance and work flexibility as the main goal.

My in studio job i had a few years ago was ok at that, but it just fell apart in the end.  Not to mention they just shut the studio down a few months ago.

Same.
Although, I think I have a stronger desire to offer flexibility.

Especially right now, while I have toddlers, I really want a place that allowed a lot of flexibility.

The key part of having and making people go to the office is making sure going to the office actually has visible benefits.

My work wants me back in the office to "promote in person collaboration" but refuses to acknowledge that in order to save money they hired people from 9 different countries.  When i go into the office all i do is use company internet to work remotely and it is infuriating to spend all that time and money for no reason at all.

Oh for sure.  I would almost always offer the option of remote, hybrid, or in office to everyone. If i ever get to that point with mine.

Yeah just forcing people in office just for the sake of it is dumb.  I love remote work but its mostly the not leaving the house some days that gets to me sometimes.

not to mention where i'm doing contract work for now is an hour behind me so i don't feel rushed in the morning to get started. Plus i can work at night if i needed to and flex it a bit.

I don't think it looks good necessarily, but I do think this is the best looking trailer.

i thought the prior trailers made it look terrible but this one changed my mind.   i'd like to watch this now.   not enough to sub to peacock but assuming this comes to disc i'll rent it from the library.   looks like mindless fun.

Wow, end of an era. Neil Druckmen got pretty well known but Wells was always the face I thought of with Naughty Dog.
