I cant wait for 3DS and Vita emulation for PC.

(3DS technically already began few months ago though).

PSP is coming along great and I'm sure Vita is gonna be the same.

Doubtful - its more likely that the emulator isnt as polished as it should be.

The PSP emulator was completely unplayable for me back in 2012 - but now its playable after all sorts of new updates.

PS3 is concerned more complex, and is an order of magnitude more powerful than a PSP. (40 ish actually)

I honestly wouldnt be surprised if we see it up and running next year or in early 2017 to be honest.

Xbox360 is a completely different system compared to the PS3.

Mainly the reason why we havent seen much PS3/Xbox360 emulation updates is because majority of the coders were working on other projects or had this sense of justice of not creating a emulator early in a systems' life.

P.S. You quoted the wrong post then. The "You Dont Say" is a response to you saying the PS3 is more complex than the PSP.
