It might not have given Xbox the bigger share, but deals like that can also help keep the difference from being even larger. Sometimes it's not about winning. It's about reducing the amount you lose by.

It is 2016 market share only... not LTD... 2016 means Jan-Sep tracking plus Holidays estimates.

After overwatch I was half expecting wow to be shut down soonish.

36k for ps4 this week in Japan. Hopefully it can do 30k+ next week. So far the slim has been a success there.

Fifa 16 ps4 - 20k
FIFA 17 PS4 - 57K

considering pes is practiically flat yoy in Japan that's a great result for fifa and the Japan market.

There is no way they will shutdown it because the subscription model give more money than Overwatch model.

People on GAF only talks about the next expansion/update
