I will pick this one. The Wii managed to sell a lot because of its novelty and the 360 experienced a second wave of sales due to the Kinect. However, it is a different story this gen. The Wii U isn't doing well and Kinect 2.0 proved to be more of a hindrance than MS expected it to be.

Look at past gens. Doom wouldn't be if this gen sees a slight drop, but if this gen is worse than 6th or 5th gen as well.

Let's stop and be realistic about these numbers. Even 120m for ps4 would be awesome! Would be second best selling system of all time.

However yeah this gen doing worse than 6th would be doom. A sign for a second gaming crash like in the 80s.
