QuoteFor nearly a decade now, weve experienced high stakes, adrenaline-fueled adventures from Nathan Drakes perspective. With his story wrapped up, Naughty Dog is focusing on a fresh thief in a new standalone expansion out this year: Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Stepping out of the shadows and into her own adventure is fan-favorite Chloe Frazer. The Lost Legacy delves into Chloes backstory and heritage, sending her to the mountains of India, all in the name of the highly valuable Tusk of Ganesh. The treasure could give her the fame and recognition shes been seeking.http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/a...ampaign=buffer
However, Chloe cant do it alone. She must make an unlikely alliance with Nadine Ross, the Drake brothers adversary from Uncharted 4. Chloe and Nadine are both independent self-preservationists, making their coalition challenging. Can the two put their differences aside long enough to come out on top? Together they scale statues, visit temples, drive through gunfire, and get up close and personal with a dangerous villain also after their mark.
A Gameinformer cover for what was supposed to be an expansion, how weird. I reall wonder what they'll sell this for. It's smaller than a main game, but larger than just smaller DLC expansions. Something larger than TLOU: Left Behind DLC. Probably gonna be $40 cause it's gonna have a physical release as well.
Honestly I'd love for them to continue Uncharted by doing these type of smaller standalone titles. They won't take up as many resources in the studio or as long to create. And they can do anthology where they focus on some of the different characters like Cutter or some of Sully's times before meeting Nate.I agree with this. I'd love to see a Sully game after this one!
I agree with this. I'd love to see a Sully game after this one!Unfortunately I don't think it's going to happen. The co-president said in the game informer article that they likely are not going to continue uncharted after this.
If they did shorter games it would be easier to make them full of action and set pieces, which is where Uncharted shines brightest for me
Unfortunately I don't think it's going to happen. The co-president said in the game informer article that they likely are not going to continue uncharted after this.Well it does make sense. Its sad though, I love Uncharted and I feel like there's still so much more to explore.
A new Uncharted down the line would be cool, but guys just imagine Bruce Straley coming back to ND after his break to start work on a new IP. Potentially something Scifi based on those Savage Starlight comics from TLOU, I can see the being amazing as hell.Oh man that would be amazing. Have Neil and Bruce leading teams separately, ND could be on full production of two incredible games at the same time.
