Guys theres a sale happening on PSN. I just bought inFAMOUS SS and BF4.

question

i know DLCs are region locked. meaning US DLCs don't work on EU games, and vice versa. but this is something else

i know you can buy a game on US account and if you set it as primary you can play that game on your EU/other region account.

but can you do that with both the game and the DLC? Meaning, if i buy a game and DLC for that game in the US store, set the US account as primary, then log into my EU account on that PS4, can i play both the game and the DLCs? I know I can play the game. But what about the dlcs?
