My advice is get it on sale on the ps4. The performance would be fine compared to the Ps3 I'd imagine.  

The game is basically 6 cases about an hour long each.  It's definitely fun and the kind of game you'll do 1 case one day and then randomly you'll do another the next week.  Almost like a TV series.  I like it anyway.

After kindafunnygames interview with Scott Rodhe, sounds like the Santa Monica and Bend games will be announced at E3
Sucker Punch later, my guess PSX 2016. Unless they go to Gamescom/PGW, which seems a bit unlikely. But hey, GT was announced in Paris instead of Japan so it's not impossible

I think Sony is looking to be able to announce all of their big first party titles at a point where they can do it with gameplay or at least where we don't have to wait too long for a good gameplay demonstration, that might be why they are waiting with these titles. Horizon, TLG, Dreams and Gravity Rush 2 have all gotten several minutes of gameplay this year already, the notable exception here is GT Sport but apparently the beta for that is supposed to start early 2016, so it shouldn't take too much longer there either.
