@Shinobi-san has retired from the mod team. He has been having a very busy year and felt he didn't have the time to perform this duty. He'll still regularly check in and post here so don't worry!

This is the only DLC tour pack from Driveclub that I've played completely at this point, so I hope the others are better cause this one really annoyed the heck out of me, the cars weren't good which made the races not really fun and the difficulty level was ridiculous. I'm not going to claim that I'm a great racing game player, cause I'm not, but this was just completely unbalanced imo. Time trials where I'm like 3-4 seconds too slow to even get the second star and races where you're constantly fighting to even get into the top 5, while having star goals on some of the events that are just plain frustrating. I've found pretty much all the stars that ask you to drive a lap without mistakes pretty bad in Driveclub cause even another car hitting you counts as mistake, this pack has stars that ask you to drive a perfect lap while also hitting a ridiculously tight time goal or point to point races (or a race) where you have to drive at least two parts perfectly while also coming in at least 3rd, which would be bad enough even without the fact that you more or less can't drive the first perfectly because of the way the race is set up.

The 1 on 1 race was pretty cool though, I liked that.

P.S.: Totally unrelated but for gods sake I finally beat Orphan of Kos in the Old Hunters DLC and now I can't beat Laurence, man this is the last thing I need to do to get back to my 100% ranking on Bloodborne but I don't wanna start a new character for this.

Edit: Got Laurence down now. Bloodborne back to 100%

I don't remember any specific tour packs because I've done so many but I've played a few like that.

For the clean lap/sectors challenges what I do is barge my way through the AI as fast as possible and then focus on a clean lap/ sector when I'm in first. If that's not possible and say you need 2 clean sectors in a point to point race where you just can't overtake them all in sector one then work out where's best to do it. I've spent quite a lot of time and got a bit annoyed at a couple of these as that have taken many, many tries but after a while I get that perfect run where I can keep it clean.

Time trials are never a problem for me, if I sometimes can't get 3 stars first time I'll just practice for a bit and get it. Imo time trail times should be way harder than they are but there ya go.

Same for races, in my experience its far too easy to get into 1st. There needs to be a hard mode

I think its mostly practice makes perfect with Driveclub.

Yeah those time trials are annoying "You're not playing the way we want you to, so we're going to give you a penalty".  That's fudgy stupid.
