Did a bit of research and it is a game where you practically roleplay in space. This 15 thousand dollar pack of ships is every ship in the game.... except one. I guess Legend plays it, as he posted about it.

I also have the game.  I just didn't realize there was some sort of 15,000$ pack.

I looked into it and it seems expensive, with good ships costing up to around $300. To play you rn you need a ship which is at the least $45. Game looks good but I heard it will be f2p pretty soon, so I am gonna wait.
