honestly, i dont care. as long as it feels as great as the first one.

im expecting this holiday 2018, then will get delayed to 2019 lol.

all ND had to do was play TLoU music, then show ellie's face. but this trailer is rather great, a lot more than what i would have expected.

Could be the case. The trailer kinda portrayed Ellie as the lead protagonist.

so ive watched it a few times now,  my current hypothesis about whats going on

Not all the fireflies at the hospital died, so that they still knew about ellie, and they ofcourse want to get her for the cure.   SO they went after her, attacking the settlement they live at and killpeople close to her.   Now she wants to hunt them down and kill them.

Summer 2018 is my guess. Shouldn't be that long. Probably targeting holiday 2017 but will be delayed.

Yep I'm thinking May/June 2018 like the last game.  No way they are announcing this and targeting 2019.

I feel the town Ellie and Joel are in gets wiped out. Joel is killed and Ellie goes on a revenge story.
