They were the ones that leaked everything about it, including release date, game mechanics, concept art, and screenshots. Not a lucky guess haha.

Maybe their source was a bit better for that then. Insiders at square on gaf say 6 months.

Who knows, I think the part of the reason for the MS buyout was to avoid Uncharted.  Tomb Raider's PS4 release is currently aimed right at Uncharted 4.  Either way Square's in a lose-lose.  Tomb Raider is gonna get destroyed by Halo and Call of Duty on the XOne and Tomb Raider on PS4 is gonna get destroyed by Uncharted 4.

I wouldn't for a second believe 40 dollars. New releases will always be 60. If it does launch at40 then I'll buy it out of principle even though I hated the first

Maybe there'll be a GOTY Edition for both systems at 40$ a year later, but I expect 6 months at 60$.

6 month special edition at $60, yeah. They'll need to make it enticing for PS4 owners, especially when it will most likely be competing with UC4

Yeah $40 still seems too high for me if it's a year late. $40 with all dlc would work imo.

I think I'll stick with Kagari on this and go for 6 months at full price with extra content or $50 with no extra content.

Has any game of the year version ever release at 40 or full price?  Or where they always budget?

It's pretty 50 50 on whether they're full priced or not. As of late most seem to be $60 though.
