I honestly can't believe that the length of this game has turned into such a big issue. Who saw that coming?

everyone.   mark my words on this.

bloodborne will be "flawed".
halo will be "flawed".
uncharted will be "flawed".
whatever else released as a ps4 or xbox exclusive will be "flawed".

gamers have turned into a cesspool of negativity and feel like they have to tear down everything.

Btw, a few guys in an Icelandic PS4 owners group on FB have the game already and finished it in 8-10+ hours. I think you should expect around 10 hours if you don't rush through, especially if you play on hard. On easy it could be as short as 6-7 hours if you rush. I finished Uncharted 1 in ~7 hours the first time around and yet it was great. If The Order feels similarly great as a new IP and is even longer I will be very happy

There does seem to be a lot more negativity around these days, but definitely a disproportionate amount aimed at The Order. Hopefully the game will be good enough to shut people up though.

It's because its presentation is almost impeccable so all the nitpicking will have to be directed elsewhere. Watch out for Bloodborne as attention draws to its graphics

That already started..ign footage supposedly shows a "downgrade" and a game that basically "looks like 720p"
Though I kinda want Bloodborne to flop. Hey don't blame me. What comes around goes around. We're all petty in one way or another.

Because if some people don't want me to get games like The Order, I don't want them to get games like Bloodborne and i'll do my part by never buying Bloodborne.

I'm expecting the game to get anywhere from a 78 to an 83. I watched the entire Youtube upload. Beautiful game but it needed about 50% more of nearly everything to be the next great PlayStation exclusive to me. Though it definitely sets the foundation for a potentially awesome franchise. Just my personal opinion, but I think you'd all be wise to place your bets on Bloodborne being the big deal.

Maybe for critics but not for me and not for sales numbers.

Bloodborne is already moving up the Amazon charts and into the Top 100 more than a month out from release. I think it's premature to be saying which one will sell more at this point. The Order may appear to be more marketable but I'm surprised to see Bloodborne where it's at already. There has also been pretty much nothing but positive buzz about the game which is in contrast to The Order. You may not care about Bloodborne, and that's fine, but I'm almost certain the critical reception will be much higher and I think it will surprise us in sales.

If you're that optimistic then you will be surprised...negatively.
