Times should always be shown in the users timezone. Keywords like GMT or eastern can be automatically detected to set timezone, otherwise the time is assumed to be local for the posting user.

Quote system needs some fixes. When posts are moved, the quotes need to move with them. Also quotes need to work in anonymous mode.
