Merge double posts made within an hour of each other. Bumps and the like are fine, but two posts by the same user within minutes are usually the result of it being easier than editing the old post.

I've been trying before to get a Street Fighter tournament going on.  No one wants to have one .  Though we'll see what happens in two weeks when Ultra comes out for PS4.
