Has GAF gone down hill in quality as of late, or is it just me?

One reason I created an account here is because the community seems much nicer and calm. I have rarely gone to Gaf, but The Order being short thread seemed extremely toxic to me.

Gaf is filled with unmoderated trolling tbh, but there are some great posters in-between. Also, they post lots of news and fun threads.

It is... we needed to move the Destiny OT because in the gaming community it got a lot of hate and trolls.

Seems like the bad performance of Xbox One helped this trend too.

There are a bit of hate from Xbox One owners there and most news are pro PS4. It is like PS fans accepted better the PS3 situation than Xbox fans are accepting the Xbox One situation.

seriously though the online community left a bad taste in my mouth for the xbox brand years ago, part of the reason why i've never gotten one... probably still get the xbox one at some point though, but maybe a wiiU first dunno... have to talk my wife into letting me get either lol

I go in there, some of the responses are funny but the OPs are so unreal its like wtf.

I never post in them though.

The general discussion section is 90% toxic - it either consists of emos talking about break ups/killing themselves/insert something crazy, anti-religious threads/religion bashing threads, weird random VGChartz type shame lol.

Some things should be left unspoken like the break up threads I've seen - some of the stuff they say in there, man that should be private/personal!

But its funny though from time to time - but also informative like I didnt know they were making a new DBZ movie about Frieza coming back! THATS MEGATON.
