dang it guys. You going to make me break down and get it. I just got into War thunder on pc. Flight stick makes the game 1000% better.

I usually make a terrible first city in these games but I did really well this time. Was making loads of profit, everyone was happy and I managed to accurately reconstruct my neighbourhood. That took up a lot of space but you can make huge cities so it worked really well! Looked awesome!

First city was a test city. Figured out the early mechanics and then started new.

Really digging it. The ai is great. Zero complaints. I can tell you can make huge cities! I just reached 5,000. I also really like how real it is. You have to keep building and rebuilding.

At first I was just using the regular two lane roads. Really got bad traffic! Now these one way roads are ace!

Yeah I think I left my city at almost 40k pop and I've only used about a quarter of the space so far with everything low density. It's possible to make 1 million pop cities but that is the max

Oh my gosh.

Do not build trash burners next to water towers. All of a sudden all my people started getting sick. Didn't really have any health care at the time. So thousands of people tied before I figured out the problem. Then after that I had thousands of dead bodies. 99% of the buildings, including stores and schools had at least one dead body in them. Then since I had no money and only one cemetery, it took forever for the bodies to be picked up. All of this resulted in mass abandonment of buildings. It was like whack a mole, running around the map.
