I'm having a hard time balancing everything. My expense are higher than my income and I can't raise taxes because everyone got pissed and people started leaving.

I think i know how to combat the problem but it will take restarting to fix it.

How are you guys doing with that?

Not having any trouble with that. Had taxes at 9% the whole game. Then raised them all to 10% now money is just pouring in!

Also finally figured out how districts and natural resources.

My advice would be to redo your roads. Less time driving, more time working.

Policys seem to cost more that electric and water combined.

One thing I wish was better or better explained was road intersections. I always end up getting traffic lights when I don't want them.
