Your dream game

Not necessarily dream game but I'd love to play a game one day that realistically simulates seasons, especially winter, I want realistic snowfall and buildup on both the ground and trees, buildings etc., I want the snow to react realistically to the player and NPCs and I want there to be ice that's breakable if enough force is used on it.

Hmmm, I've got a survival game in mind with lots of emphasis on the environment. 
How it grows, spreads, dies, lives, etc.
