I've been doing a mile walk during my lunch break this week. 4/4 days.

I've also been doing pretty good about my other exercises.

I mean if you're not a balloon while traveling, you're not traveling right.

Almost done with my second week of my lunch walks.

Doing well. Less sweaty today.

Trying to take it 1 week at a time, and that's been working better.

the-pi-guy

Still going well.

I've also been cutting out snacks.

I haven't exactly been keeping good track. But I think I'm down like 10 lbs in the past 6 weeks or something. BMI wise, I had been in the lower end of overweight.

Currently in the normal range.

Getting better at walking. I have been able to increase the slope on the treadmill, and going a little faster, and still without getting sweaty.  Not trying to get sweaty because I'm doing this while I'm at work.

That's awesome!

Ive been maybe too aggressive with diet lately. Im starting to feel like shame.

i'm pretty comfortable with my 190 but it still annoys me that all the working out i do to get ripped abs is hidden behind a layer of belly fat just thick enough to hide them.

I've been doing a lot more consistent working out. 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days. The rest is steady state rowing for 45 minutes.

I'm down to 205 maybe lower, I haven't checked, but i've done not the best this week food wise so who knows. Was near 215 maybe a couple months ago. My goal is 199 before or on my birthday which is July 31st. But I also worry less about numbers since building muscle and burning fat will offset weight loss at times.

All you guys must be giants! I'm 180 and my abs are another 30 pounds away  :o

I'm 6' but have a fairly big build. Especially broad in the shoulders. I am somewhat still overweight and could likely get down to 175 to 180 but I'd be pretty shredded at that weight I think.

I'm closeish to the first pic Kitler posted. Just starting to see my serratus and slight outlines of my abs. I've never know what my abs look like but I can definitely say now that they are not symmetrical
