That's not good.

Like it's crashing or something?

For a while, it's been freezing probably a few times every few months. 

Past month or so, there have been a more serious instances where it wouldn't fully boot into the OS afterwards. It would just load into a command line. Had to do a few software repairs. 

It's been relatively stable since I removed one of the RAM sticks. 

The other stick isn't very good either, but it's been relatively stable. I'm 90% sure that the motherboard is also an issue.

So probably next weekend, I'm going to completely take those parts out. 


I bought new RAM, new motherboard. I'm also going to upgrade the SATA hub/HBA card.
