Lately it's felt like one thing or another.

I felt like I pulled a muscle in my left arm a month ago.

Having some lower arm pain in my right arm, and I'm not sure what it's from.

Ouch, but I get that. Always a balancing act.

I have a pain in my right foot some times and I really hope it will go away, not get worse as I run.

I'm so dead. Almost fainted after my 2 mile run. I'm super dehydrated.

Drinking a lot of the drinks but still not feeling that much better. I was dehydrated all of Italy.

Edt: AI thinks I literally almost died today. Fun. Sure seems like I was very low on blood and running was helping to keep it flowing. When I stopped, it all pooled in my legs and couldn't get enough to my brain. And I was on track for heatstroke since I didn't have enough blood or water to cool down.

Who knows how correct that all is, but it matches how I felt.

so do you guys run in the winter?

last week was like 55 or whatever.   this week we got snow and it's like 34.   i'm like not that committed to running so i might just quit until spring...

I don't know. Haven't had snow yet and this is my first winter running.

But I got a treadmill so at worst it'll just be no outside runs.

Oh btw I was a moron and followed this up the next two days with back to back intervals and 100 situps.

Got so many tiny injuries from that. Had to take a full week off running and only now could do 2 miles again without pain  :P

DO NOT RUN UNLESS YOU FEEL GOOD AT THE START OF THE RUN
