i dunno.  reading era comments and trusting them to not be lying.  they say exclusive.

..but now they also so it's a multiplayer game so i no longer care it's exclusive.   would never have bought it anyways.

era cheering and blaming exporters.   lower price for japonese customers and those buying consoles in japan and exporting it to china or whatever have to pay more. i guess that makes sense.
