that's the right price, imo.  I still don't know how well it will sell. But I'm tempted. Will see though.

Vita was $250. I think this is too expensive for only streaming your own ps4.

Also a 1080p screen? That's at least better than it could be.

That is true when you think about that.  I personally don't think 199 is bad, but 150 and it likely would sell decently well.

i kind of agree but kind of not.   i have to believe it can at least stream from the cloud as well.  

....but this would be a lot better of a device if it could at least play some of the indie games locally.   this would be useless on a plane which means it's not "portable".   i think there can be an audience for remote play only (play your games in the house while the family is watching tv) but that's a much smaller audience than for a portable.

$250 in 2012 is around $350 now.

Rapid inflation caused by the pandemic does not make people happy to pay more. If anything, economic fears would hurt not help the device since your existing phone and controller can already do the same thing for free.
