Quote from: Kerotan on Oct 20, 2016, 10:33 PMThis console is a downgrade on the Wii U.  Probably on par with a ps3 power wise.  Nintendo will roll out the same old,  same old games and they won't look any better than last gen.

fudge me sideways but if the NX was the only console on the market I'd give up gaming.  They can't compete with the big boys anymore and they're hoping the thing will take off with the mass kids market.

Well fudge that I ain't a kid no more.
Rumors sounded like roughly 0.5 Wii U for the portable, roughly double Wii U for the home console.

The dock does not provide any additional power. It's there for charging the system and TV output.

Even if they were to pull something in January, they'd have about 2 months before launch.
2 months for a number of games to be shown for the first time to being released....

Everything is just going to be leaked. You can't keep surprises for that long.

Lol, almost 6 million views and 270k likes. Looks like I was wrong,  RDR2 definitely lost that race.

But what am I reading here in the last couple posts? Good to know Nintendo hasn't suddenly become a smart company I guess.

If it's region-locked, then I might pass on the NS. PS4 is region-free. The XB1 was originally planned to be region-locked until MS 180'ed on that. Hopefully, Nintendo follows suit.

6.4 million vs 2.8 million at the time of this post. Both huge view counts, but yeah Nintendo definitely won the day's attention.

I've already called Nintendo crazy for no news this year, but I'm hoping it's a repeat of E3. Nintendo announced Zelda would be the only thing there and we laughed at them for weeks only for it to work pretty darn well. Maybe Nintendo's new PR/marketing division is on point and just isn't afraid of not going with the flow.

Quote from: Raven on Oct 20, 2016, 10:36 PMEveryone knows Germans have roof parties all the time. You guys get the music cranking, start playing your bomb dog Nintendo games, relive Oktoberfest, and then it all devolves into some wild orgy where the biggest question in the morning is always, "Where did the fudgy horse come from?". After all, this is how World War 2 got started.
Does Germany have that many hipsters?

Well many people think they won E3 so I'd say incredibly good.

Don't let a handful of stupid fanboys distract you from everyone else with a more level headed view. Excluding fanboys, there were still many people that considered Nintendo won E3.

Nobody with a level head would say that. A game we've known about and should have had 2 years ago gets another delay and port... Yippee?
