Dang crazy.

No Man's Sky has significantly decreased in steam sales.

On 8/24 it reached a high of 794k sales. As of 9/2, it's at 735k sales. This is with a +- 22k accuracy so even if it was max overtracked the large day and max undertracked the small day, it'd still be a net loss of 15k.

well by the time they started offering the refunds a lot of people would have finished the game by then. so why not refund it and get your money back? you would have basically played the game for free.

The game doesn't really have an ending. Either you play it forever or you play it till you get bored.

Didn't they explicitly state that the "goal" of the game was to get to the center of the universe?  By that token GTA games don't have endings.
