Probably pretty obvious.  It'll move differently than most things.

i also say 1 to 3 days.

the universe is big but everyone is moving towards the same goal of the center of the universe. the planets nearby will be fairly populated.  like in dark souls the internet will settle on one specific planet as the "pvp zone".

i think it was said it will take around 40 hours to do so but fudge some people speed run a game fast.  it won't take long to have a sighting and not long after that to have a party.

If you choose to pursue the main goal of reaching the centre of the galaxy, it'll take between 40 and 100 hours, apparently.
