Until someone sees it as an ad, it's really hard to tell I think. Out of MS' top 6 videos I think the Xbox One S, Recore and the Games Montage are obviously being used as ads, Forza Horizon 3 I'm absolutely positive got its views legit and the other two are kinda up in the air I think.

What is surprising to me is that they aren't pushing the Gears video at all, I mean that's their tentpole holiday title while the others are only going to play supporting roles after all. Then again Sony apparently gives so little of a rats dog about their holiday first party titles that 2/3rds of them didn't even get a spot in their conference (also I just realised that all their holiday first party games are coming from Japan).

Have to agree. These comparisons are now close to pointless. When I'm seeing an ad for Xbox E3 highlights, which barely qualifies as an actual advertisement, you know Microsoft is basically buying Youtube exposure.
