Some common sense is happening at MS...

Temporary price cut to all bundles... 500GB @ $299 / 1TB @ $349.

That include the Division bundle... late but what I can do lol

DerNebel

How is NMS LE still in the top 10 on Amazon.com? This game could blow up like crazy.

Cute Pikachu

Looks like Pokken is gonna do well, quite a few people on the leader boards.

DOUBLE VISION

21/Mar/2016
Ubisoft take a second week at No1 with 'Tom Clancy's The Division' (-73%).

Right behind Ubisoft there are 2 very different kinds of fighting games debuting strongly this week. Entering the ring and debuting at No2 is 'EA Sports UFC 2' for PS4/Xbox One. This is the second in the series since acquisition from THQ and this version outsells EA's first by +53% when comparing launch week sales units ('EA Sports UFC' debuted in week 25, 2014 for the same 2 formats). Also new and debuting at No3 is another fight title, Nintendo and Bandai Namco's 'Pokken Tournament' for WiiU - the first Pokemon spin-off title to launch for WiiU.
Activision's 'Black Ops III' drops 1 place to No4 (-8%) and Ubisoft's 'Far Cry Primal' slips from No2 to No5 (-37%). There are pre-Easter sales occurring right now which explains the movement of various titles, such as Bethesda's 'Fallout 4', up 14 places to No13 (+69%) and various re-entries, such as Little Orbit's 'Kung Fu Panda: Legendary Legends' at No33 (+91%) and Konami's 'Pro Evolution Soccer 2016' at No34 (+58%).

This is like a $60 minecraft.
Let's hope it also engages people like Minecraft did, the backlash for this could be huge should it not deliver. On the other hand I can't even imagine what big of a deal this could be for Sony if it does live up or even exceed the hype.

i wonder if Sony would attempt to buy the IP/Studio if it manages to live up to expectations.

if no mans sky does live up to the hype, i think it can be huge.

Did they say how many creaturesales are in no man's sky?

I have always though Sony would eventually buy Hello Games if No Man's Sky did well. Firstly they are friends with Media Molecule people, so the team at MM could vouch for how good Sony are and how much freedom they let them have. Secondly they are based in guildford near Media Molecule and not too far from SCE London, so sharing technology would be pretty easy and lastly Sean Murray seems to have a good relationship with the likes of Shu and Adam Boyes.

that would help, but it would really all come down to if they want to cash in, and just focus on making games, or having their own independence. if No Mans Sky becomes a big hit, it could be very hard to convince its owners to sell it.

TPHD did around 8k if the regular sku is included.
Pokken looks like it sold very well instagram is full of pictures of people with the game.
