Sooooo much salt on Twitter right now. Xbox fanboys are rushing into tweets by major websites to attack PlayStation owners and downplay the announced numbers.

Anyone else think it's curious that the mentioned first party games are U4, Hot shots and TLG? Makes me think that they already have Golf and TLG scheduled as the games that will release after U4 (first party only, so, not counting Ratchet, NMS etc),
So the yearly schedule would be
U4 -> HSG/TLG -> GR2+GTSport+Horizon.

So they did not mention those last three due to possible delay (mainly Horizon)

Excludes dreams beta and unannounced games of course (I expect at least 1 at E3 for release in 2016)

Hopefully means TLG is out no later than June.

Yeah, with Golf in the list, it's not just the biggest games.  So it makes sense to expect those 3 games next.  Those other 3 games may just be planned for late 2016, but they are probably watching out for the possibility for delays, even if they don't come.

This was announced on the japanese site, he's simply mentioning games that they think are more for the japanese market. Hot Shots Golf is only in there because it's big in Japan, I really wouldn't look into this too much.

U4 is being pushed by Sony everywhere and what does it matter if it was Andrew House speaking? It's on the SCEI site of Japan and the whole press release is also on there in japanese, this is coming from Playstations headquarter in Japan. The whole freaking thing even starts with " Tokyo, January 5, 2016".

I mean do you seriously believe that Hot Shots Golf is that close to release in the west? Its PSX trailer didn't even give a release year for the west
