HALO 5 OT: just skip the cutscenes

Halo 5 isn't going to drop price for a long time.

Why not enhoy it at launch?

What sense does that even make? If I don't want to spend $60 on just the warzone mode what kind of incentive does the price not dropping for awhile give me to buy it now? So I can still be disappointed I spent $60 on warzone?

The zeitgeist dude. Plating at launch is simplty mor fun.


Plus Warzone is highly dependent on cpncurrent players. A year from now finding a match might take a fair amount of time, so even at $50 it might be a worse vallue.




I'm weird though. I never wait for games to decrease in price. Only used game I bought ever was MGS4. Only old game I bought was Dead Space 2

I think I'll preorder today at best buy so I lock in my 10 dollar certificate.  Then decided if I'm actually going to get it

The ping lock is true. It also applies to co-op and joining matchmaking with a group of friends.
 On screen it comes up: "One or more members of your fireteam has high latency to the dedicated server"
 You have to get each of your friends to leave to figure out who it is.
 It also applies to people with bad internet connections. If you have a friend with poor internet, they're in trouble.

Short and disappointing campaign. Lacking standard "Halo features/modes" at launch. Visual fidelity not top notch. Low unique map count for the most exciting feature of the game. Now this "ping lock"?
