pretty upset with sony phones right now... finally used my z3 for underwater pictures... which saved to the cloud and came out pretty well, but then the phone overheated and the screen doesn't work anymore... also my wife had a problem with her z1s which was never underwater or any sort and Tmobile wants to charge us "non-refundable" $300 due to some agreement we never agreed too...

I had the same thing happen to me, do you have jump? If so just ask to speak to a Manger and threaten to leave. Explain the phone is water prof and they need to replace it.
