Yeah, instead of getting a full fleshed out story with impeccable graphics and voice acting, you get a gimped SP and gimped MP. (by gimped I mean not fully fleshed out or comparable to the leading games in the genre)

Maybe it's never coming to PS+.  I'd see that happening if there was a sequel being planned.  Which there isn't.
