only counting years with the current employer i'd say this is fairly standard and what my company uses:

0-5 years: 10 days
5-10 years: 15 days
10+ years: 20 days

+ 10 days of company holiday regardless of years of experience.

That's crazy. I've worked only a couple of years in my current role and accrued one day holiday for every year. Right now I have 28 days annual which doesn't count bank holidays. Also we can buy another 5 holidays. 

The amount of time Americans get off for holiday is just crazy and I'd imagine most of the world feels this way.

Played a bit more tonight.  Man,.. stream reviews are overwhelmingly positive.  Saw quotes like "best platformer i've ever played."  I hope it was their first platformer ever because this game is just so jank.

Yup. Sometimes millions of people are wrong.

Don't think I've ever seen gameplay of Hat in Time but I've heard the name a lot.

So, uhhhhhh...is there even any hype for Indiana jones since it releases this week. I've barely seen anything on the game except for the trailers PlayStation puts out.

Personally no.  

Still hate it is first person.  Kind of interested in the statements is has "hard puzzles" but i'm guessing it means hard for an uncharted game and not hard for a puzzle game.  But i'll read some reviews post release.  

Typically don't trust previews because they always trend too positive.

Lol yeah that's pretty silly for the camera. Would only make sense if zooming in and out was part of the core gameplay loop.

Yeah I just mentally thought it was the xbox release that was in spring.

Guess I'll at least try it though since I've already paid for gamepass. Their last game was just so so bad though. I didn't even make it a full hour.

What was their last game?

Maybe it will do better when it releases on ps5 in spring

Yeah I just mentally thought it was the xbox release that was in spring.

Guess I'll at least try it though since I've already paid for gamepass. Their last game was just so so bad though. I didn't even make it a full hour.
