Deadline is October 18th for the CMA and MS/Activision.  We're in the last week unless things get extended again somehow.

Last week was the deadline for third parties to submit reports to the CMA on the restructured deal.

This new deal will stop Microsoft from locking up competition in cloud gaming, preserving competitive prices and services for UK cloud gamers.

I was expecting there to be a few days between the CMA Approval and the actual closing, but it seems it only took a few hours.
