Not surprising but cool to have a studio share some data. Cyber Shadow was on gamepass and as a result sold essentially nothing on xbox. In addition, they say:

"It's hard to say if Game Pass affected sales on other platforms...we think it's a little lower than we would have anticipated if we didn't do Game Pass, but probably not a huge discrepancy."

right.  design all games as "Free to start".   hype to customers how great it is they get to pay a $180 subscription fee to access the demo version of your game.  sell the rest of your game as piecemeal microtransactions to ensure you don't go bankrupt.
