Seems like its not console wide but game specific so I'm gonna have to check my settings for the games I play, not sure if DMC5SE has that option.

I ran the recent update last weekend on my PS5.

i expect switch 2 will get one too thanx to  ram-pocalypse.    the upcoming trump-induced financial crisis is going to do a number on video games..

yikes.  I'm about to sell my normal ps5 since I don't ever use it since getting the Pro.  I'm betting I can get a decent premium even with it being used.

AI Bros better be happy cause they are a large part of the situation on hardware costs. AI can still fudge right off. At least gen AI.  I'm warming up to using it for coding, but I still don't care for it.

yeah, i'm legit scared at what ps6 and the new xbox hardware is going to cost.   

if ps5 digital edition is getting a price increase to $600 only ~2 years before the ps6 launch then the ps6 is probably going to cost $1k..

Unless we get a miracle with supply outpacing demand for RAM/storage within a couple years then yeah, it's gonna be bad for next gen. 

I'm hoping something drastic changes with AI, but a lot of regulation will need to happen, and we all know this admin isn't gonna do shame. Only hope is the rest of the world really pushes regulations and Trump feels his little ego being left out.

Or we get a hail mary and trump gets impeached

trump is such a man-baby that if europe passes sensible legislation then trump will probably push from some complete non-sense counter offensive like banning personal computing mandating we rent from one of his cronies.

PS5 was the first Sony console to have only a tiny increase in ram, 8gb to 16gb. At this point does PS6 not even increase it!?!?

the other side of this coin is ps4 had a reputation for having tons of killer exclusives.   ps5 as ruined that.
