They've gotten a lot of slack for announcing stuff too early, maybe they are changing their ways.

i personally love having games revealed that are far out.  Yeah it sucks we have to wait a while, but it's not like there isn't a ton of games coming with the next year to keep us busy.

Depends on the game imo.

If it's a new IP or mixes things up, show it early. Otherwise show it when it's ready. Halo 6 being announced 2 years before release is not that interesting ie.

I can agree with that.  Especially if a franchise just keeps churning out game after game.  We know they are coming.

Both teasers, hard to tell. Babylon is a Platinum Game. I think both PC and PS4 only.

AQM is a remake of the movie but they moved it to New York. Just showed a clip of a fight.
