Looks like McDonalds is doing the right thing in my eyes.  I personally don't like going to chain restaurants since they give out too much food that I can't finish.  Cutting back bad food for kids is good too.  I was actually having a conversation with my students today about the amount of sugar in juice.  If they can cut that crud out of juice as well, I think I might start drinking juice again.

Seems like a weird choice, but good on them for trying to make healthier meals.

I can be terribly wrong, but isn't that cheese they use terrible?

Well I assume most people don't think of fast food as healthy.

Guess it's kinda a lifestyle thing. Excluding high school, I'd really only eat fast food around once a week. I get it rarely so I think of it as a splurge but other people get it for convenience and healthier food would definitely be nice for them.

I have no idea how healthy they are.
I do know their salads aren't all that healthy.

Most cheese is pretty terrible in terms of fat content, but I guess this cheese could be particularly bad.

Say that to my state's face.

I mean, just the way it's processed.  Just going off of misconceptions possibly, but those square cheese in general is bad no?  Though the burgers themselves aren't actually bad.  Mac sauce is, but otherwise the burgers are fine.  Might be too much salt in the fries though.

Well that won't change anything because you can order a Happy Meal with cheeseburger.

BTW I love MC to the point to eat everything single item in the menu (even the new ones or temporary) and I never had issue with health.

Does brazil have any unique local items?

Shouldn't the parent make the judgement if their child has a cheeseburger in their happy meal.
I mean if the parent isn't able to use their brain to limit what their child eats when they're in a restaurant as part of a good diet, then the chances are the child eats bad food at home.

Well parents shouldn't be able to decide everything for their children. That's why we have children's right

Well children do have rights whether the parents say so or not.

But, I'd argue food is in the parent's domain.
Vaccines are something that shouldn't be...
