Today, Trump removed it.  Interestingly, the US military has been tracking the effects of climtae change on geopolitical instability for quite some time now. In fact, Trump's own Secretary of Defense (James Mattis) has cited climate change as an ongoing driver of instability in many parts of the world:
Quote"Climate change is impacting stability in areas of the world where our troops are operating today," Mattis said in written answers to questions posed after the public hearing by Democratic members of the committee.
