Wow PS4 vs XBO on Amazon is much different this month vs last.

In Feb it was #10 vs #11. March so far is #6 vs #14. Right now it's #8 vs #33. Guess the new Halo bundle has something to do with it, but it's only #57 atm.

What I found pretty surprising was the difference between the two consoles in February despite Amazon having them neck and neck in the rankings. Amazon was still accurate regarding which console won but Amazon's rankings would have you believe it was a lot closer than it was.

It's because Amazon had a special XB1 promotion in Feb

I know. It was a very successful sale. I'm simply saying that had we used Amazon to get an idea of where these consoles were at we'd have been way off. There were times these two consoles were further apart on Amazon and the actual gap wasn't that big.

True, but most of the time we can adjust for that if we know about a big deal somewhere.
