I'd estimate new gets 10-20, the 3ds is flat YOY in Japan at the moment even with the new 3ds, which means 3ds is still on its downwards trend.

The streak is about to eNd.. I have a feeling the new 3ds will be number 1 this month. But it will still correctly predict ps4 and Xbox One positions.

New 3DS is sold out everywhere, not just Amazon.

I know, I'm not sure if amazon is officially selling it. As they didn't with the normal 3ds. Thats why it wont track right this month. But if they did, it wold still remain correct.

Yeah it is, its hard to believe XB1 is only 9.5m, it would have be doing awfully outside of UK and US for that.

Or it did awful in the U.K. and U.S. for that? There's a very good guess that U.S. retailers have been stuffed. For the U.K. considering that the PS4 managed to outsell the Xbox One's November and December sales in December alone is telling of how slow Xbox One sales got. The likely scenario is 9.5 sell through with 11 shipped. Hell the sell through might be less, considering 1.5 million on shelves is only on the high end of normal stock.
