Seems more like demand issues to me
Let's not kid ourselves like some are over on chartz.  If it had supply it would be doing like 6k a week instead of 3k. Minimal difference in the Greater scheme of things.  This just means ps4 over takes it a few weeks earlier.

@uncharted 4, between it and Dragon quest heroes 2 PS4 should have a better May than usual.  I don't expect a huge boost but expect solid ps4 numbers that month.

I'm interested in seeing the ps4 baseline for the rest of April though.  Not much releasing.

Edit: speaking of kidding themselves :

QUANTUM BREAKS IN AT NO1

11/Apr/2016
Microsoft is crowned No1 for the first time in 2016 with 'Quantum Break' sealing top spot.

The Xbox One exclusive is the publisher's first chart topping title since Halo 5: Guardians landed in November last year. It's an extremely tight battle for the crown as racing in just behind is Codemasters' 'Dirt Rally' on Xbox One, PS4 & PC. It's an impressive debut for the title beating launch week sales of 2012's 'Dirt Showdown' by an impressive 197%. It sits in good company in Codemasters' popular Dirt series in 3rd place behind 'Colin McRae: Dirt 2' and 'Dirt 3' for opening week sales. Ubisoft's four week run at the top is ended with 'Tom Clancy's: The Division' (-41%) dropping down to No3. Racing fans are spoiled for choice this week with the arrival of 'MXGP 2: The Official Motocross Videogame' from PQube, the popular bike racing title returns after just over a year at No17.

QB beat Dirt Rally by 139 units.

DerNebel

139 units? Didn't that one article speak of Quantum Break "dominating" the UK charts?

Yes. GAF has worked the numbers out already....

QB<28k

I was expecting a lot more than that. There was adverts all over the place for it and on the big sky sports football games.

its under performed sales wise. it sold 27k. thats less Then The Order 1886. that article was clearly trying to sell QB. since when is a 77 meta critic considered getting "a lot of praise"?

what i really dont get is the media acting as if QB was received highly by critically, Destiny got a 76 and was panned for getting "low scores". suddenly with this game the media is changing its tone regarding what they consider bad and good reviews.

1. It's fans changing.
2. Destiny was expected to be 90+ and rival halo.
3. QB was hoped to be 90+ with understanding it could be lower.
4. QB wasn't expected to be that low though.

What did the order sell? And it was a year ago, I expect the user base to be in favor of Xbox

See, fans.

How about saying congrats to Remedy for launching their game.

Why are you being like a child.

You are mistaken.

Being thé only one keeping à sense of proportion while actual child jump at m'y throat only because i m just being logic and explain them being number 1 means nothing about successful launch or not.

This has nothing to do with thé game.

No.  Every post you have made is to belittle or downplay.  It is a critically well received game that has made a debut at number 1, we shall ALL have to see thow that plays out for lifetime sales but for now it deserves nothing but praise.

The Order did about 40k, 12k more than QB.

Classic Kowen.

Kerotan

That's chartz logic alright.  the order sells more yet it was a failure but QB deserves nothing but praise.  Lolz.

Both games are short.  QB gets 77/100 while the order gets 63/100. One is considered universally panned and the other universally praised!

ethomaz

Bad sales.

Same than SFV.

Less than The Order.

Bombed :(

Quantum Break is also significantly more expensive since it was in development for a longer period AND also has a live action show. To sell less than The Order isn't good no matter if it debuted at No 1.

ethomaz

Ohhhhhhhhh...

Just saw now MS is comparing QB with Ryse and SO in terms of sales... the MS "new IPs" this gen lol

Kowen knows to be ridiculous in his posts...

BTW The Order launched in a lower userbase than QB.
