Really don't get the hype any tomb raider... I mean it's a big franchise but not that big... I have to wonder if those that think ms win because of that are just saying so because Sony doesn't get it or what

The only reason so much hype is behind it right now is because the majority of the fan base is pissed they aren't getting it, and the fan base that was barely going to play it in the first place are happy the ps guys aren't getting it. Thats it simple as that.

new games > known games
share play > bundles
SH > tomb raider
More games > less games

So I think i found my answer,

Okay, So sony dropped a bomb of the next exclusive silent hill starting Norman Reedus and a demo out today. And anyone actually thinks MS won games con because they paid money to keep tomb raider away from ps4. Don't think so. MS needs to step their game up, they are increasingly becoming a joke, and now they are dragging tomb raider down with them, What look like promis with the last game to turn it around and become something special is now tossed down the toilet, not because the game will be worst being exclusive but because it will be in uncharted head lights now that it's in direct competition, and will get mowed down like a baby deer on the side of a high way.  It's a lose lose situation. I seems like some body at Square was a bit drunk when they signed that contract. 

A lot of devs are being enamored by MS.  As much as I don't care about Crytek, I'm glad they have the balls to admit to their poor judgement.  I wonder what's gonna happen when Insomniac goes bankrupt and Tomb Raider fails to make even half its budget back.

Fuse bombed, that new Ratchet and Clank game on PS3 bombed, and now Sunset Overdrive has barely any hype and I think it's going to bomb. I have a hard time believing Insomniac will be around for long.

Sunset is launching in 2014 and it's not even on the pre order chart on VGC...I don't know how accurate that chart is but the fact that it doesn't even have 30k is worrying.

Because ps fan already know what to expect from that game thats why the hype level is low. It just not exciting.

Me too, because their exclusives normally are mainstream FPS, arcade racer or involve dancing.
Too low quality for PlayStation if you ask me, but a breath of fresh air for the Xbox-brand.
