There was a scene in the first BioShock that was ridiculously scary. The room with the plastered splicers.. *shivers*

So anyway, yeah it's a shame about the GT delay but 2017 is looking even better now, I'm happy my most (realistically first party games coming out in 2017) wanted games are in the first half of the year, Horizon and Persona 5. I really hope Detroit comes next year. Detroit and Days Gone are easily my most hyped first party games.
Well, yeah 2017 will be pretty great on PS4 still, the simple fact that gods gift to gamers, Persona 5, has to hit that year pretty much guarantees that. Still I have heard way too often by now, how year X will be so amazing on PS4 because of exclusive A,B,C that then always fail to hit 100%.

2014 Infamous SS and The Order... didn't pan out
2015 The Order, Bloodborne and Uncharted 4... didn't pan out
2016 Uncharted 4, Horizon and GT Sport...didn't pan out (and I know they have more this year, but that they delayed 2 of their 3 really big hitters out of the year now is still a joke)

BananaKing

And I'm gonna stay salty until they show me they can hit at least 75% or so of their release dates when they announce them the first time. Announcing GoW as a march game next week would help my saltiness quite a bit as well, since it would show that they might just have a bigger plan behind not announcing release windows for anything at E3, aside from "Oh shame, we delay too much stuff, we need to hide that from people".
haaa!! GoW releasing march? yeah right! it will be their holiday 2017 game, then get delayed.

Rise of the Tomb Raider gameplay on PS4 with new content.

Ah come on now ladies Bioshock isn't scary.  Maybe when you were younger but you should play it again now.

Bought conflict desert storm 2 and conflict Vietnam ps2 classics on the ps3 sale today for 2.99 each

I was actually thinking recently of getting Rise of the Tomb Raider for PC since it turns out my video card can run it.  Think this 1 hour of content is worth it?

I tried playing it two years ago :(

I think it's a little funny.  I'm a giant chicken and thought BioShock was a little unnerving at times, but not too bad.
Meanwhile I can't even play PT for like 40 seconds.

At the IFA 2016 event in Berlin, Sony CEO Kaz Hirai shared commented a bit on the PS4.
"The PS4 continues to push the boundaries, while at the same time reaching new heights and innovation", said Hirai. While these words are not packed with content, he's not lying - the PS4 has sold more than 40 million units as of May 2016, making it the fastest selling PlayStation system ever. Sony expects to sell 60 million by April of 2017.
Kaz Hirai also said the PlayStation VR device, which releases October 13, will "take PS4 to an unprecedented level of immersion". Sony has its "finger on the pulse" for what it can do to be a key player in the VR ecosystem.

It's kinda weird that Sony didn't have Horizon Zero Dawn playable for the public at Gamescom, cause they are now bringing it to showfloors for people to play, it'll be at Pax West this weekend and at TGS as well. Bad move by Sony imo.

^That's probably another thing we can expect from the event next week right? A full PSVR launch lineup?

Was just thinking Sony might not want to launch the neo this year because I the psvr is also coming out and they'd like to put all their efforts behind that.

Maybe launch the neo next spring up against the NX. It just seems a bit much expecting people to buy the neo and psvr which would be like $800. Hell they might not even launch the neo until October 2017.

Thankfully we'll find out soon.

They're definitely not going to wait until late next year, I'm basically sure of that.

Q1 2017 I could see, but personally I think they'll be gunning for October/November for the Neo.

Bioshock complete.  Absolute blast and well worth the $5 I paid.

By today's standards I'd give it an 8/10. But if I played it in 2007 I'd probably give it a 9.5/10. Already played infinite and loved it,  back when it was given free with ps plus.  So that just leaves Bioshock 2 and I'm done with the series.  I also got that for $5.

But next on the ps3 backlog list is spec ops the line,  followed by Jak and daxter. Never played either,  but heard they're very good so I'm excited.

Edit: is psn down?

Wow, look at you destroy those games.  I played Tokyo Mirage for about an hour, I feel like I've played enough for a week.  On another note I'm only 14 hours into it and it feels like I've been playing it for 40 hours :(
