edit: ok figured it out. I bought an item from swordfish for $150. It couldn't figure out who swordfish was, so it gave member 0 $150. When it updated member 0's bank to $150, this caused everyone's bank to be set to $150.

To fix this I'll subtract $150 from everyone's bank and then add their bank values from yesterday's backup. If you added a significant amount of money to the bank between last night and this afternoon, let me know so I can manually add that.
